Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (small parts and craft supplies), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there was an error in your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at goodmedicinebeading.com with the following:

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to cancel.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:
