Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship via USPS and offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

• Priority Shipping (1–3 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Local Delivery
Local pickup is available in Dallas and Grand Ronde Oregon . You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
